If you would rather shop around and buy various components here and there on an 'a la carte' basis, we are probably not the right choice for you.  The time we spend bailing out customers from various hosting, domain registration, promotional and design arrangements with questionable firms is time we are not able to spend on producing the best possible product for our loyal customers.  Long experience shows us that this is what invariably happens.  While you may find a "deal" here or there, there is always a catch.  Purchasing Internet services is a minefield.  We have spent hundreds of hours trying to extricate clients from services for which they have contracted on their own.  Domain names held hostage, websites deleted from servers, credit cards billed without authorization, email lost: you name it, we have seen it.

• You think you can design your own site on the cheap

If you have the idea that if you could just buy the right equipment or software, or take a class, or hire your teenage nephew to design a quality site, you are probably wasting your time with us.  Wouldn't it make more sense to have us learn about your business so we can effectively represent you on the web, than it would be for you to try to learn ours?
